If your tracking number begins with the letter ”U” or "LX" then Chicago IL USA is the final tracking destination for the service required. Your package is safely on its way to be delivered to you by your local postal carrier.
Our services are not time-definite. Delivery guidance is a worldwide average 6-10 business days from our processing date.

Note: Not all international shipping services include delivery confirmation or end-to-end tracking. Your package may have been shipped on a service level with limited tracking visibility.
