Canada Post Rotating Strike Locations & Suspension of Incoming International Mail, November 15th, 2018

November 15, 2018

Canada Posts Negotiations 2018

Canada Post is experiencing a record number of backlogged trailers due to the rotating strikes and overtime ban by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW).  As a result, Canada Post has notified the United States Postal Service (USPS), and other international posts, that they are unable to accept incoming mail until further notice.  In light of this development, we are recommending our customers hold international mail bound for Canada at their facilities until backlogs have cleared.

If there is anything we can do for you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
